0ec74a02ab Added "exclude urls" to ip validation functionality in spam block plugin. identi.ca is sending pingbacks but fails the ip validation!

4240687f44 Provide a way to manage karma votes. You can now display all votes in pages, 
filtered by IP, user agent, or article.  The display has easy filters for 
article and IP.  You can either delete or approve votes.
